I had one do the same too, a few weeks ago.
Had a soft shell hanging out of her vent.
I crated her overnight and the rest of the shell was on the crate floor the next morning.
It's often not a dire situation, just one of those funky things that happens around molting time.

Yes. Eggs are OK but the rest is likely diluting the nutrients in the feed.
Still need to know the protein and calcium percentages of the feed.

I will have to get back to you in a bit on the percentages, but it is a pellet feed.

Crushed oyster shell should be always available.

I have a different way of supplementing calcium, which may be easier (or not) depending on your set up.

SInce you know exactly which bird is the problem bird, isolate her for a private breakfast. 2-3x a week serve a small bowl (like 1 Tbsp is fine) of wet or fermented feed with oyster shell mixed in (a small amount, just a sprinkle on top). If she does not like chunks of oyster shell, crush it up or use the powdery remnants from bottom of the bag. Should only take her a minute to eat and after that she's free to go.

If it works you should see results in a week or two, and you can try reducing it to 1-2x a week and should hopefully continue getting good results.
