I have a 5 day old chick, that appears to have a slipped tendon or a broken knee joint......any suggestions?

it was fine until a few minutes ago, then I noticed it standing with the foot pulled up straight in front, similar to laying, but it was standing.

ok I read everything I could find.......and the link that was posted.

I used a q-tip and sports selfstick tape, and have the leg straightened.....Now to figure out a chick chair, that will work for the poor little dear.



Hatching update: # 8 is almost out of the shell,
the one that was stalling hasn't changed much, but I swear I seen movement at the pip hole..........so I will not open the bator, I will not open the bator (till tomorrow)......
