Thank you guys.
I am keeping an eye on the little Roo. He is still pretty much the same as yesterday. I brought him in the house and separated him from the rest of the flock. Everyone else seems to be doing OK. So far. He is walking around leaning on the sides of the box, in a drunk-like fashion, and thankfully, he hasn't reached a point where he can't walk at all yet (where the little Pullet was). He is still eating and drinking, so I am hoping if it is something he ate, it will flush out of his system. (Fingers crossed).
How long do I give him? When should we cull if he does not improve? (I really don't want to loose this little guy)
We Culled the little girl, as she was at the point where she would just lay there and roll her head and would not budge.
Hubby had a hard time doing it (said the peeping was breaking his heart), but it was for the best.
I looked everywhere out there to see what they could have possibly gotten into, and the small bowl with rusty nails was the only thing I could find, so obviously I tossed it out.
No Antifreeze, nothing like that, and the 2 birds are apparently un-related genetically, although they came from the same breeder as eggs, and were Hatched in my home.
Last new bird I brought in was Splint (Deb's little Roo), and that was quite some time ago.
Sulmet. What is it, and where would I find that?
