Alaska Chicken Lover's Soup for the Cold!!

Quote:
i am considering making a glass Topped hatcher but I won't get around to working on it until winter.......Too many summer projects going, and way too much on my plate now. I am not getting as much accomplished with the foot being broken either....

I have out of state Guests arriving the 16th, this place is a mess (inside and out)
and still 2 more hatches in the incubator 22 more eggs waiting to go in.

I am trying to sort out what chicks are staying and which are for sale or going to a friend. lol hard decisions...

ETA: Typos and Spelling errors

Probably got sent to Cordova. It has the same zip with just 2 numbers switched, but do you think those guys look at the ADDRESS? It has happened before

I'm getting BBS Orps.....I have some more BCM eggs coming as well so that'll give me an excuse to have a full load when I turn on the incubator..

I hope your eggs come soon! I decided against getting more shipped eggs right now.

I like Tori's orphingtons really well! Good luck with all of those! I don't know how good these eggs will be when (and if) they get here. I have the worst luck getting eggs from Washington. You'd think it would be faster and gentler but it almost never is.
Beautiful chicks IIF! I have that incubator too and it's really nice!

Awesome quail IIF

I haven't had button quail in years....used to raise them. They were cute.....I think yours are cuter though.....
Little tiny ink spots is what we used to describe the baby button chicks.

ETA:
That is terrible, there should be a safer way to ship eggs, to us!
