My baby ducks were not here at 3pm today (express mail's 48 hour guarantee) and here it is 5 hours later and no sign of them. I'm afraid I will be receiving a box of dead ducks.

My other five are 5.5 weeks old and doing great!! We wanted some more partly because the kids were hot to hatch some for sale next year. It doesn't look like we are going to get very far with that at this rate.

I'm so sorry... You'd think that someone would see/hear the birds making noise, and make sure they continue on quickly. I believe in miracles... hoping hoping hoping...

So, I have been sitting here at the airport for an hour waiting for the planes to come in. Nobody knows where my ducks are. I finally broke down and cried this morning after talking to the breeder. He is just sick about it like I am and unfortunately this was his last hatch of the year, so there is no chance for replacements. This is just rediculous.
