So wheres all the Alaskans?There where not many last time I was on this forum,just wanted see if weve gotten a few more since so post if your an Alaskan!

I try and visit Alaska as often as I can. I love it there.

what do you do when you visit?

I spend a few weeks in Sitka camping and beach fishing, I try to get to the state fair if I can, have taken the kids to the North pole, visited Denali, and well my whole family likes it up there

Thats cool never been up to that area much.my favorite thing about Alaska is definently the fishing.The only thing that is bad about Alaska is the super long winters but the summers make up for it

How many chickens do you have?
I've always wondered about the Brown bears and other large predators you guys have.... do you have to do something special to protect the birds?

Yeah its pretty nice.only four now,I sold the rest to make room for my ducks.Yeah to protect my animals from bears I use and electric fence it seems to work but if a big brown bear wanted in bad enough im sure he could tear it apart luckly my coop is built like a tank lol.
