Albendazole 25% vs 11.36%

If the albendazole I found is 25%, does it means that I have to give my girls half of the normal dosis? (1/2 cc for large breed)
@kurka0, Is it liquid or powder? If liquid:
The dose most of us in the US use is 20 mg/kg so with a (25% 250 mg/ml) albendazole the math is:
1 / 2.2 x 20 / 250 = ~0.036ml per pound of bodyweight
or
1or
5 / 2.2 x 20 / 250 = ~0.18 ml per five pounds of bodyweight

Edited to fix typos
Edited again to fix math errors.

It's late at night for me but my I don't calculate the same answer.

If the medicine has 250 mg of Albendazole per ml and you want to give 20 mg of Albendzole per kg of body weight, then
20 / 250 = 0.08 ml of medicine per kg of bodyweight. Then covert this to lbs.
0.08 / 2.2 = 0.036 ml of medicine per lb of bodyweight.

I'll get a photo oor video as soon as I see it again. I checked the morning poops which normally come with the worms but I didn't find any. I'll keep checking!

Hang on let me redo it!

You are correct, thanks for pointing that out. :bow
1 pound / 2.2 (converts to kg) x 20 (mg/kg) / 250 (mg/ml) = 0.03636 ml per pound

I definitely wouldn't be able to get that number by myself.

I'm really really grateful! And I'm sure my soon to be free worm little bodies of my girls are even more grateful!! :hugs
