Albino Mallard?

I think your duckling will look like a Pekin. It has a gene feature that suppresses expression of colored feathers. This happens spontaneously in nature and was how pekins were developed thousands of years ago

Not albino, it has black eyes. Perhaps a form of leucistic coloration is going on here. It will be interesting to see how it feathers out!
Hopefully the blue shows up in this picture l.

If I recall, leucistic animals often have blue eyes, but black is common too. Which pigment lost depends on the type of leucism. I have a leucistic bristlenose pleco, it is yellow with blue eyes. Ball pythos also come in luecistic, often called blue eyed lucy.
