No ma'am. They have not been picking on him. He is still doing good. Didn't want to separate him yet because I'm wondering how i can keep him warm without a light? Any ideas?

Brooder plate would be a good choice for a heat source.

I think I would invest in some LED red light therapy bulb strings for the coop/brooder, as that would be less damaging to the eyes and would help calm the others as they wouldn't notice the targets in the red light.
Then you don't have to separate them.
