Alive or dead?

It is day 14 and this is how one of the eggs look, is it dead or alive, any advice or recommendations? Also, we are just using a regular flashlight. Thankyou.

Day 14 it should not look like that.
Day 14 is 2/3 of the way to hatch.
It may never have been fertile.
It may have begun growing and then for some reason stopped. But that egg won't hatch either way.
As @LikeTurkeys said it should be much darker by now.
 
All the other eggs looked good with the flashlight besides that one and one that got a blood ring during incubation that I throw out. I was only asking because on day 7 of candling that egg, It wasnt showing signs of development and now I saw that on top so thats why I thought it could’ve been a late bloomer.
