I had a late bloomer! I didn't know one of my eggs was pipped until after removing my fluffy hatched chicks. The chicks turned it to where I could see a pipped hole, pea size. The chick is still alive. The edges around the pipped hole look kind of dry. The chick still looks a little damp. I don't know what to do now? Just watch it, help it, add more moisture to the bator? I hope it makes it :-(

Boost humidity the best you can. Check on eggs every few hours. If not hatched, chip away the shell around its head. If you don't it could get stuck in the egg and die within a half a day.
