All About Eggs

It will still be viable at 50 to 80 degrees, but I heard that i'ts better to keep it around 50-60 degrees because I guess the eggs start germanating at 70* . The way I check to see if an egg is stored cool enough before incubation, is I put it to my cheek, it should feel a little cool or relatively cold, but not refridgerator cold.
