All black chick??

I got an all black chick from the TDC assorted bantam bin too! He/she looked like that when I got it. It's 3 weeks old and I just posted again. Hopefully we can figure these mystery chicks out

Yes!!! So anxious about breed, I'm thinking its a mix but I'm hoping it's not...although I'd be content with whichever

It might be an ayam cemani its a rare breed that it black even all the way down to its bones and organs.

-looks like our two OEGB chicks from TSC. -looked like little tiny crows when we got them! -rooster was surprisingly docile, but the hen was very independent. She lived to be 8-years-old!

Our little roo, hen, and hen (next to our Belgian d'Anver roo) after they had feathered out. -black beaks and legs.
