It's not easy to tell at this age and from photos, but basically boys have thicker/stronger legs, bigger and redder combs and wattles. Girls have tiny pale combs until they are much older and at POL. However, there are some hens with huge combs and wattles. But most importantly the roosters have thin pointy feathers around their necks and on their saddle. That becomes obvious on most breeds; silkies are difficult.
