that's cool honestly I want to march even though I will be worried about keeping my timing but I rather do that then do a field drill thing those stress me out worse

Marching was fun but the director killed my fun a lot. At times I really wanted to tell him to stick it. The director for marching practice had us march in the evening and even in the dark with no lights and he would yell at us. I got ran over by a bass drum 3 times since they over stepped. It's not very fun getting hit by a bass drum and I told him we can't see and we shouldn't try to march when it's pitch black and he made me run laps until he said I could stop.

whoa ya that don't sound fun we will do field practices in the summer for 4 hours and we end up turning on the football field lights I wish I could tell the band director that to because if everything isn't just so it's have a level 5 tantrum (a big speech that no one listens to) and se had us walk with our waist up facing her direction and our waist down facing the way we normally walk but luckily I was a volleyball practice for that
