if they are only three weeks old...and not 13 I believe you do have some roos. For 13 their combs would be normal looking for three weeks they are quite large. Peepers and Carley may be little roos. I would give it a couple of weeks and try again.

Here's my boy. 3.5 weeks old. All my chicks are very sleepy tonight after spending most of the day outside. He's about to fall asleep in the pictures.
