They are cool. They are especially good if you cook them, like in a stir fry or just boiled or baked. They have a sweeter flavor that way.

Just wanted to update everyone I owe black hollyhock seeds to-- they're just about dried-- we've had a very rainy summer and dampness beyond description!! So, by the end of the week, I should be able to send them out without concern of mildew!
