All hens laying, except one??

Hey, I have a flock of 10 chickens with 9 hens and one rooster. We got our chicks in April. Since about august or september 8 of the 9 hens have been laying. Our Black Langshan, Betty, has not laid an egg yet? She looks perfectly healthy and recently our entire flock except her caught the Avian Pox and healed. Is she just a late bloomer? THanks

I believe Langshans are a bit slower to develop. But even within a breed, every pullet develops at a different rate. She will lay when her body is ready.
