I'm sorry for your loss .Sounds like a family of coons . Game cameras or live traps . Coons and possums are the most likely culprits . Find out what it is before you buy chicks again . Possums are a little better at finding small holes than coons . Coons on the other hand are smarter and will work on a door till they get it open .A skinny possum can go through a chain link fence . If you suspect coons latch doors bottom and top.

We’ve got a game camera set up now, as well as tougher locks on certain doors. We’re getting a batch of four EE pullets tomorrow from the hatchery near us.

I’d say I’m excited, but I think yesterday really shook us up. I know our flock was super spoiled and just hope they had an alright life .
