All My Chicks Died. WTH?

It was 37 Celsius. They were in one of those steel tubs with pine shavings, food and water. The lamp is one of those with the red light and is for animals and has been used previously for the last flock. Maybe I didn’t do something right in the incubation phase.

The heat covered half the tub and they had the other half to cool off.
