I just watched both vids. Love the birds. Your silver ducks look amazing! And your BB Reds and whites, love them all! As far as who to cross to IDK, marking the goldens like @NagemTX said would be pretty.

Are your pinto Azteca basically they same color as spangled OEGB? Your cock bird looked a lot like a spangled but I couldn’t tell on your hen.

Yes, the more I think of the idea, the more I like it! Like I said a bit ago as well, I think I want to buy a really nice BB red hen to start the project.

No, they're their own color. They don't have a set feather pattern, so they can be very randomly colored. I can post pics (or make a video ) of the possible color "patterns" you can get off those guys.
They're a very interesting color, it's kinda hard to explain.

Their base feather pattern looks like BB red (that partridge looking color) with white/gold/black mixed into their pattern randomly depending on the bird.

The only blue I have is a cross color; and I won't even keep her for much longer. She's going to Texas to be with her new owner - @Tookie soon.

I'm getting fawn silvers in the spring. Well hatching eggs. Guy wasn't able to get them to me by the time I needed them for Halloween hatch because they stopped laying. He felt bad and said he'll send for shipping. Ill be getting in touch with him when I'm ready to test hatch from my crested pen.
