Precisely!Dubbing hurts only for a couple seconds while your cutting the comb/wattles off. Basically u cut at the rounded end of of the comb, about the same angle of the head. Then you follow a line that naturally runs in the roosters comb from beak to back of the com. Then you cut the wattles and earlobes as close to the head. Dubbing is required for show and helps prevent frostbite.
