Recessive is what I'm coming up with in research. It does state this might depend on the line of the white rock.

Rocks are more meat and egg than the leghorns.

Yeah I was thinking about making a useful zombie, not just an ornamental bird. Plus I'm weird and want black meat.

Then go with rocks and select for heaver birds for the next breeding out of the F1s if you plan to keep going.

My base birds were leghorn mix hens with ayam cemani rooster. I'm considering using white rocks (recessive white, right?)

They are but they wouldn't match the Ayam Cemani type. Neither do Phoenix, of course, but I've often felt that Cemanis could be improved with a gamier, more slender type.
Recessive white Sumatras also exist but are rarer. Also, Phoenix have the id+ gene which makes getting fibro faster. Rocks and Leghorns don't. (Though they are great for a sexlinked first gen so I could see how Leghorns are a good moneymaker.)

I also want there to be a cool fibro meat bird.

Dominant white birds are supposed faster growing and bigger while recessive whites grow faster but I think Cornish Rock cross broilers carry recessive white along with Dominant white so that doesn't hold a lot of water.
The color varieties I want for a fibro meat bird
Recessive white, red columbian (orange like New Hampshires but more black on the neck feathers), and gold duckwing because there are no gold duckwing dual purpose and I think a fibro gold duckwing is subversive.

Hey, I know in the original post you discussed possibly making white ayam cemanis. Are you still gonna do this? I have some info about it.

I may in the future, but right now my duration will only allow me to raise bantam's.

I do know some people who breed bother ayams, and zombie's, so I could get either, or both from him.
