All my ducks are Dead (update post #22)

Yesterday morning I found two my roosters killed, last night I found my drake killed and this morning I find one of my ducks killed and no sign of the other two. Whatever killed them got the roosters after I locked everyone up, got the drake at dusk and opened the door to the duck coop to get to the ducks. They all look like they were strangled and all the blood drank. We think it's a coon or a mink.

so sorry! Minks are known to be nasty like that. More coats should be made from them!

Update: Found one more of my ducks(dead)

and found out what killed them, it's a mink and it's life spain just got a lot shorter!

Traps are set everwhere and live traps are being got as soon as possible. That mink isn't going to know what hit it.

I lost 5 mallards all in one night due to a mink. They are very hard to catch. Leg traps placed where they "run" is the best. Good luck.

I am so sorry! I know the feeling of waking up or coming home to a yard ( or sometimes neighbors yard) full of dead ducks
