Tylan Soluble is prescription only. If you already have that, then I would separate her out for treatment. No need to administer medication to the 2 that are not sick.Already with a question--if she's back in the run with the other 2 should I go with the injectable Tylan50 3x a day or can I add the Tylan Soluble to the water and the other 2 can drink it?

You can find Tylan50 injectable at feed stores like Tractor Supply or online. It can be given orally or by injection. I recommend to give it orally since you risk injection site infection or necrosis since you give it 3x a day. Get some 18 or 20 gauge needles and syringes (TSC carries those too) and draw the medication up. Take off the needle and direct dose your hen.
