All of My Uploads are GONE!!!

I'm using Windows 7. Is that the browser?

Okay when I want to upload a picture to share in a post this is what I do:
1. click "Uploads"
2. click "Browse" > "Pictures" > select file I want to Upload (I usually compress them first to reduce the file size) > "Submit"
3. I am then directed to the page with the little picture and the two links.
4. I right click the "image" link and select "Copy"
5. right click on post and select "Paste"

Thanks for the info. "Windows 7" is the operating system. Your browser will be like "Internet Explorer 8.0.34" or "Firefox 3.0.343"

After step 5, what exactly do you do?

At step 4 you are on this page: https://www.backyardchickens.com/forum/uploadimg.php?subpage=upload
You then copy and paste into the thread you are in?

Try this and tell me exactly what happens:

1. click "Uploads"
2. click "Browse" > "Pictures" > select file I want to Upload (I usually compress them first to reduce the file size) > "Submit"

4. At the bottom right of that page you will see the "back" link. Click it. What do you see?

It's Intenet Explorer but I'm not sure how to find out what version.

Yes, after I copy the "image" link in the little rectangle box I return to the thread and right click > "Paste" and then it usually appears in my post.

It says "Image Uploaded Successfully...." and shows the picture.

When I click back I see on the left where I can upload another picture (like when you first go to "Uploads") and on the right it says:

Recent Uploads

Delete

(Small icon with the pic I just uploaded)

All My Uploads

And now, if you look back at the thread that I posted earlier that picture is visible.

Okay now I just uploaded another pic and it is also visible in that post.

I've got the last three uploads all visible in "My Uploads" now and they have all reappeared on my post. Could it be fixed now with exception of the old pics. If so, I'm happy!

Now all five pictures that I posted are showing up. Whatever you did, thank you! I hope it's gonna work now!

I wish I could take credit, but unfortunately I didn't do anything.

Keep an eye on it and let us know what happens. If any other members have similar problems, please notify me immediately.

Also, keep in mind that our system doesn't rename your pics, so if you upload the same image with the same name, it will overwrite the original one.
