All Pullets?

I've been selling off my extra pullets from Ideal Poultry and I have someone who wants to know for certain that she's getting all pullets. I don't have enough experience to tell her I'm 100% positive that they are all pullets. So here I am hoping for some expert opinions.

I would say all pullets with the possible exception of #3 barred rock...that was the only one that I kind of questioned.
