All roos I'm afraid.....

My little pullets do that a lot--stand upright and stare at each other, then start playing. One of them is more outgoing, calm and friendly too. The other is a lot more shy and skittish. But both are pullets. I don't see any sign of any of yours being roos, but they are very young yet. You should know for sure by about 6-8 weeks of age. My pullets are 11 weeks now, and their combs/wattles have not changed since about 7 weeks old.
 
They are acting just like my bantam roo did. Standing upright most of the time , coming forward to investigate instead of hiding in a corner when I approach the brooder, and they don't shut up! Lol. My Lil Bit was my mouthiest chick.
Maybe they will grow up to be super friendly lap chckens:)
