All Set for January 4th (Its over...)

Yeah, I knew you were kidding... but I wanted to blow your mind with how long they've been sitting!

Anyways, its over... I thought I got the dead rotten one out, but it turned out the smell did NOT go away. Turns out they ALL died at one point or another during development. They all developed, but some were dead days ago... some only made it the first week.

Winter was a bad time to make these choices.... Poor little guys... I'm just going to have to wait until Spring and to get some $$$ again. Or I can just set some of my hens' own eggs next time they go broody. Couldn't do that this time, NO ONE WAS LAYING! LOL

Thanks everyone for watching.... sorry to disappoint... I'm going to do some afternoon yoga and sit ups to get my mind off of it.

Thank you Natalie, I'm sure the complete bummed outness will pass with the cold... and I will get all hyped up again soon enough to try to hatch as soon as my girls are ready to brood again. Maybe we can do another trade or something. For now, I'm going to let them go out and stretch and feel like themselves again.
