It may be too late for you already Purple Chicken. I too was a happy chook owner with normal birds. Then I was given a free silkie. That led to another FREE silkie. (WHY DO YOU THINK PEOPLE GIVE THEM AWAY) Then I added a sebright to my flock. Then another silkie, which I actually paid cold hard cash for. Then I was given another silkie.

Then I started the DEVIL WORSHIP thing. Then recently I bought 2 more EVIL SILKIES at an auction. It seems silkies have now consumed my SOUL.

Purple Chicken, you need to save yourself before it's to late. SILKIES ARE EVIL. But I am weak, & need more.

Ahhhh everything is right with the world now that PC and his Silkie demon possessed threads are back. I actually sighed with relief and comfort when I saw this. LOL!!

Yes, I actually march out to the front lawn and go through the ritual of gathering up all of Jess's Silkies and her one d'uccle from the dog exercise pen and put them into a big tupperware tub and lug them in the house every night and take them back out in the morning. You definitely become their slaves, that is for sure!!

This is a hard one to get. About a year ago I discovered how evil silkies truly are
when I had a few of them. Some will attack you and others are lap chickens that
steal your love and affection. After further discussing this with many other people
who have had silkies we discovered there is actually a conspiracy, created by the
silkie nation, to take over the world.

I know this sounds ridiculous but if you analyze the explosion in population and
the complete control they hold over their owners you will see something is wrong.
Then when you factor in that guys like me, who have eaten silkie, have a flock of silkies
and continue to hatch silkie eggs it gets even deeper. There is even a member
here named LittleChickenRacingTeam who has dedicated an entire wing of his estate
to his flock, a few of which are silkies, the rest of which are superintelligent bantams.

It's a very scary thing.
