sorry for all your losses people i think most of mine are dead in the eggg today is the 5th day late should i carck the egg a little and peel the shell away to see if it is a live?

My first hatch none made it either, I was so devastated. Then I gave it another try with duck eggs and they all hatched! Don't give up, I know its devastating but I think a lot of things are out of our control. {{hugs}}

I to have been there. My first hatch I set 26 eggs. I hatched out Zero. I was a crazy candler tho, so I'm sure that didnt help but I really blame it on the LG still air incubator I was using that refused to hold temps. Got a hovabator, and it was a world of difference. While I am still not getting 100% hatch rates, I would say 85% so I a doing a lot better. Sorry about your bad hatch but I really think it happens to the best of us.

its hard when you use someone elses eggs so much can happen.old eggs,rough treatment,to hot,to cold you name it....I like using my own eggs and my incubator then if I screw it up I know why....funnt when its my eggs and my incubator hatch rate goes way up.....lol good luck and keep trying....
