I already gave the id - I know it's fun to speculate, but really, it's one of the Hymenocallis species. You can buy bulbs from various sources.

If I am remembering correctly, Holly is in the Phillippines. That is a beautiful spider lily. But, may not be available to us in the states.

Yes, it's available from major bulb suppliers and no, it won't be hardy in zones 3/4. I don't think they're hardy for me here in zone 6a, they're treated as annuals here - although a friend of mine used to grow them, she lifted them each fall and replanted them in the spring and they were lovely!
