Congrats on the 8 survivors! I only had two males last month, now I am hatching again and 3 in the last couple hours. More starting to zip, hopefully a couple females this time.

Im hoping for 3 pairs, but with the luck I have been having I will end up with only one female again. Its been that way for the last 3 chicken hatches I have had.

Hello, I am new to Quail. I got my incubator and the Jumbo Brown eggs should be here sometime this week. I cant wait. Thanks all for the great info. It has helped calm my nerves and made me a lot more knowledgeable.

This is a great place to come for an education, right? I love BYCs, and use this site as my main research place for info. I'm also new to quail, this is my 2nd semi-successful hatch. I too appreciate all the help.

Welcome ! You will have so much fun .. Just make sure you start setting your incubator to make sure you have temp.. And humidity up and running... Did you get an egg turner???
