I have been looking for these ever since I saw them online. Does anybody have any information on this breed and where I can find them ? They are so cool because they were created to hatch and brood pheasant chicks and I have even heard they will hatch parrot eggs.

No idea. I found this thread because I was looking for more information on them.
I've had chickens hatch ducks and vice versa and turkeys hatch chickens but I truly doubt any Galliforme can successfully hatch Psittaciformes.
All galliformes including chickens and pheasants are precocial while Psittacopasserae which includes psittaciformes (parrots) and passerines are altricial.
Precocial birds are hatched well formed and able to stand and walk on their own.
Altricial birds are hatched undeveloped and require significant parental care since they cannot feed themselves or stand and walk. I can't imagine any galliforme having the innate ability or knowledge to do that.

I agree but you never know, I heard they would hatch them but raising them no way. But if they would hatch them it would be so amazing. Let me know if you hear anything at all about them.

I will.
I think any good broody could hatch them. But you'd have to be right there to snatch he nest. Most species of parrots are very difficult to hand raise, especially at hatching.
