Hi, We have started getting our duck eggs again this year, which is really nice for my son and friends who love them! Unfortunately, I am severely allergic to them, so have not been able to use them as much as I had hoped.
We got a turkey hen in the last few months and she just started laying! Beautiful eggs! I'm wondering if others who have a duck egg allergy also have a turkey egg allergy?
I can eat chicken eggs with no problems. I just get so violently sick from the duck eggs that I'm a bit nervous to try the turkey eggs. Been planning to wait for a day I "have time to be sick", to try them; but then thought I'd ask here first. Any of your experiences would be appreciated
