Hi, We have started getting our duck eggs again this year, which is really nice for my son and friends who love them! Unfortunately, I am severely allergic to them, so have not been able to use them as much as I had hoped.

We got a turkey hen in the last few months and she just started laying! Beautiful eggs! I'm wondering if others who have a duck egg allergy also have a turkey egg allergy?

I can eat chicken eggs with no problems. I just get so violently sick from the duck eggs that I'm a bit nervous to try the turkey eggs. Been planning to wait for a day I "have time to be sick", to try them; but then thought I'd ask here first. Any of your experiences would be appreciated :)

I don't know about turkey eggs, but I've heard that quail eggs can be good for people with allergies. They can lessen the severity of hay fever and many other allergies. Maybe give those a try :)
