The videos and testimonials I’ve seen recommend raw, cooking them doesn’t have the same effect. But my son won’t eat raw scrambled boiled etc. so I just tried to hide it in stuff with a custardy consistency, I tasted it and I couldn’t tell. I’ll have to look into mares milk supplements, I doubt there’s the real stuff anywhere around where I live haha. I work really hard to structure what they eat, on Easter they each ate 2 peeps, 1 tiny Halloween size laffy taffy, and a Halloween size sweet tarts, and they thought they hit the lottery, I’m a tyrant haha. In my house it’s “I’m hungry!” “Do you want a banana?” “No” “then you aren’t hungry”raw egg is nasty, that would make anyone gag. What's wrong with scrambled eggs?
Ps: For skin allergies I can highly recommend drinking mare's milk or getting it in supplemental form. It takes a while to notice improvements but horses milk has some natural healing properties that did seem to help clear up my skin allergies. Stress can make it flare up and a bad diet too.
