Almost 1 yr old hens still not laying

Hi all, I find it very unusual that my hens are still not laying. I have not done anything different with this batch than I have done with all my other hens over the last 7 years.

We have had two very long and unusually hot molting seasons in a row, but my older girls have mostly all began laying again.

I have checked with the store I purchased them at so they can ask the hatchery, but I have not gotten a response.

Is this normal? I have fed them for nearly a year without any eggs in return... I am considering giving them to a friend to use for food.
