Almost 10 week Brahma.. Cock/Hen

A. Almost 10 weeks many now believe my brahma appears to be a hen but others still say cock. Purchased at the same time was an Americauna and Orpington(90%pullets)

I have to take a pic but it still doesnt have much of a tail and just maybe 4 small white feathers that do have a curl downward 😝
 
Brahma hens also have three rows. That sexing method is inaccurate in my opinion.

I've only found pea comb sexing to be accurate in pure ameraucanas so far - though that also probably varies by line/stock. I have been accurate for all for those I have raised based on pea comb so far :)
 
I know that for EEs it does not work. I have yet to get an ameraucana though

100% doesn't work well for EE's - just raised a batch and their combs are so weird that it's nearly impossible to tell early on. :)

You might be able to take a guess that it's a cockerel if it has three very distinctive rows, but many of the "pullet" comb looking chicks turn out to be male (and sometimes vice versa).
