Looks like a boy to me too but I don’t have frizzles so not experienced at all with them. that does look like quite a bit of color for a 9 week old, is all. But then, my EE looked like a pullet right up til about 10-11 weeks and then BAM! Super obvious boy. So who knows.

I've raised lots of bantams and lots of frizzles, if hes not even 9 weeks yet I would definitely assume cockerel

They are beautiful! The comb on mine is slightly bigger than your hens, but not nearly as big as the roo. Still optimisticly holding out for hen
