Almost as eggciting as the first egg...

Is getting an egg from every hen in one day!! For the first time since we got chicks in March, I'm 100% sure that all 11 of our chickens are females!!

Almost exactly 6 months later!

Here's our take for Friday and we got the same thing again yesterday.

Everybody is laying!! Whooohoooooo

Lucky you! Look at that pretty bowl of eggs! I have 8 ladies but I'm only getting, at most, 2 eggs a day. But they are younger than yours - I need to be patient.

Congrats, I agree I was almost as excited when I first found 6 eggs in one day

Sheesh I flipped my lid when we got 3 in one day! wE HAVE 6 HENS and have no idea if they are all laying or not. The roo is mating with all of them..... Though we did get a HUGE green egg this morning
