Almost done and ready for the "Big" move tonight

Super nice. And so clean too! I am hoping to put in something similar inside my prebuilt garden shed I'm ordering so it's great to have the photos to show dh! The only dif is I am going to put my 'storage' area on one side instead of in the front as you have yours. There was a reason I wanted to put it on the side but right now I can't remember it! Yours is just perfect!!!

Beautiful. A very well done job.

Can't wait to see the lovely birds inside enjoying their new home.

I temporarily put down old linoleum (I am the owner of the local area Freecycle Group).

On this project, my hubby cut all the wood for me and I assembled most of the coop myself with hammer and nails, screws and a screw gun and with a little of his help when 2 ppl were needed and am proud of the job I did. Only have 1 very sore and bruised hand where the hammer missed the nail (word of caution: when tired, stop working). He works with sheetmetal and is working on 2 pans to place for the poop tray, should be done tomorrow.

Could be the overhang makes it look larger. DH insisted on a larger one for rain and snow factor. Unless it is a sideways rain, the rain does not come in the vents, windows or door at all and we are hoping that the snow will slide away from the sides. It is raining now and the grandson and I just went to give them their yogurt and they were standing there at the screen door watching the rain come down.
