I just need to put the front window on a hinge and put up hardware cloth around the top vents. Oh and make the run....

Thanks! I got lucky at Home Depot on the T1-11 siding. They had just cut up a bunch of it and put into the culled lumber section. You can see the panels, they were $1 each... The paint was oops paint also. The green is deck paint and the orange is exterior satin paint. $5 a gallon. You can really find some good deals on coop materials there, although I got obsessed and stopped almost every day for 2 months on my way home from work.
