I have a couple maturing cockerels available, a little over 2 months. They're broody-raised and been with the flock since hatch, they're used to being around adult birds and free-ranging.
2 of them have the dun gene- which is not easy to find in large fowl. Dun mutes black tones in feathers to grey, and two copies create khaki coloring. Dun is a dominant gene, so it will pass down to 50% of these birds offspring, and it's easy to work with because all birds that carry it show it.
And there's at least 2 others I'm certain carry blue egg genes, but it's possible for any of them to because their father should carry it.
I'm in the Glendale area, but willing to drive a bit to meet for those interested. Asking 5 dollars a bird just to offset feed cost.
