Hawaiian french transplant to the Gers in Gascogne France.

I don't have any chickens at the mo, but have raised them in the past. I have a good quiet place selected to build a home for them and a
large garden for them to forage in.

I am taking my time because I really want to create an optimum home and life for these chickens. I am here to learn everything I can :)

I expect to be fully set up to receive chicks in the spring of '23.

I love to paint and draw, and garden!

Here is a drawing of mine.

:welcome Welcome to the BYC forum. I joined the BYC forum almost 1 year before I built my coop and got my chicks. I read a lot of the threads, asked a lot of questions, and designed and redesigned my coop a number of times before I was ready to build. It worked for me. I think my experience with my chickens has been much better thanks to all the help I got from this great BYC community. Best wishes.
