Aloha- New to Raising Chickens in Hawaii

Aloha- I recently acquired a couple black silkie chickens. I am really enjoying them. I didn't know one thing about chickens, so I've been doing a lot of reading. I've lived on the Big Island of Hawaii for 4 years and it's pretty common in my area to raise chickens. Plus there are many, many wild chickens
as well.
