Haven't been to the Big Island yet but have visited Oahu many times. Last time was June 2018. Rented an Airbnb and they had chickens on the property. One adopted us and we had a fun time sharing our vacation with her. She's the reason I want a couple pet chickens, which are coming this spring. Lots of wild chickens on Oahu too.
Have you had problems keeping the wild ones away from your silkies? Didnt know if they would wonder into another group or not. They didnt at our Airbnb.
