alot of blood on egg

It looks like there was a gush of blood on an egg this morning. No one looks hurt or anything, i did a quick butt check and everyone looks okay. I threw the egg out though. I wonder what happened?

I assume an internal rupture while laying. I'd watch a few days. Most likely everything is fine now. The egg that caused the rupture was already formed and most likely good, just blood covered.
