Alpha hen problems

We lost 7 of our 8 chickens and had a lone hen left. She was alone for two weeks and the we were able to get pullets old enough as companions for her. She is 2 years old, and they are about 6 or 7 months old. We got three of them she attacks them whenever there are treats given. How can we get her to chill out? They are afraid of her..especially two of them.

Take her away from them and pen her up for a couple of days where they can not see one another, then reintroduce her to them. That should help, but the younger ones may need to be a little older for this to work.
