Alpha Male Pekin duck, chasing down Rouens

The biggest one of my Pekin ducks is chasing my 2 rouen ducks. I know it is mating season, and it's nature. I feel bad for them, because they can not even come eat without him chasing and tackling the female, while the male tries to fight him off of her. Is there anything I can do, short of seperating them? I have a decent sized pond, but really no other place to put them. Will he stop when mating season is over? Thanks

How long has this behavior been going on? Was this drake aggressive prior to the mating season? How many ducks do you have in total?

I have three pekin, 2 rouen. They have always gotten a long, until a few weeks ago. They used to stay in a group
