I have two corturnix. One of each.

My male is very into the girl. Also Very, VERY persistent.

She doesn't want any of that. Cuddles is enough for her.

They were in with my little chickens. Yes I know about not mixing them.

Right now she is in with the chicks resting and he is seperated as he just can't keep it down.

He is a wreck from being away from her. Calling to her and pacing in front of the cage.

She is loving the break and paying no attention to his calls.

So what to do?

They are 7-8 weeks old now?

more girls...I agree!

I got these two for free...
From what I understand the lady from saying she was getting rid of them all.
Their outdoor pen is small, very small. I think only 3 would be comfortable in there.
Since it is cold outside, below freezing at night, they are still inside. I also don't have electricity outside.
This is what they get when they move outside.

I will search for some youngins nearby.
Thanks. Glad to hear I can fit more than 3 in there. I was worried about crowding if I had more.

I think your cage would definately hold three. Only having one hen the boys go a bit nutty. To save the hen the stress I'd try to get atleast one more hen. I ended up not replacing my boy when he passed away and now just have our one girl "blackie" who is quite tame and a kick to watch. Blackie is a house bird

Defiantly and the poo chute is most interesting.
I'm not getting the stairs to the loft thing, but I'm coturnix centric.
